Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Items must be returned in the condition that they were received and in the original packaging.
Postage charges will not be refunded and you must return the item at your own cost except where we are at fault and we have agreed by prior arrangement to cover the postage charge for you.
We do not accept the return of unwanted personalised items, we can accept a return for personalised products if the item is faulty. Where this is the case we will send out a replacement or offer a refund for this order, including delivery.
To cancel an order you have placed with us you must contact customer support by email (email@example.com) or by phone (07889 862013).
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of the order as long as it has not yet been dispatched.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
